Services We Provide

Northside Gutters Ltd provides residential gutter, soffit, siding and fascia installation, repair and replacement services across Vancouver Island. All work is performed by our trained team or qualified contractors under our supervision.

Quotes and Estimates

Free estimates are provided based on the information supplied and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for the period stated in the quote. Final pricing may change if site conditions, material costs or project scope change after the estimate is provided.

Scheduling and Access

We will schedule work at a mutually agreed time. The property owner or an authorized representative must provide safe access to the work area. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions or severe weather.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written quote or contract. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance is due upon completion of the work.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with a 15-year installation warranty on qualifying projects. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products as provided by their respective suppliers. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and do not cover damage caused by severe weather, neglect, improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northside Gutters Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
